It's not his "worst" though. YT is doing a lot more in that sphere than Wayne ever did. Wayne experimented with autotune as in.. using autotune WAS the experiment. Singing was the experiment. YT, is experimenting within autotune for example. The adlibs are experimental. He stretches his voice far more than Wayne ever did. Wayne pretty much always crooned or sung like a punk rocker, he rarely harmonised for example. Thug croons, does punk rock, harmonises regularly, yelps, screech, screams regularly. Sometimes within verses, maybe the hook, sometimes just with the ad-libs.

Take Power - yeah Wayne could do something similar. He wouldn't mess with the delivery of "pow-wah" the same way but more or less that's from page 2 of the Wayne hand book.

But then Best Friend or Draw Down? That's 2/3 levels above what Wayne was doing within that style in terms of experimentation.

Wayne is Forefather no doubt but to act like Thug is just a clone is facile and incorrect. Remember Wayne was crucified for even trying all that stuff and it reflected in his work. There was a "safe" zone the real hip heads could let themselves enjoy. Thug don't have those limits.
