I prefer 1 tsp of minced garlic but you cant go wrong with the clove

and I take 2-3 of these softgels when ever I start to feel sick


consult with your doctor 1st if you're on blood thinners or any other meds that affect your blood pressure

Nah. Feeling a lot better than yesterday though. I crushed the Nyquil bottle I had and took some vitamin C packets. That seemed to do the trick.
I have never in my life been sick twice back to back. I gotta reinforce my immune system.

Never stopped wearing a mask, only been sick once since the pandemic and that was due to a funeral and having to be around a sick family member. I escaped but my wife got sick and eventually even while trying to stay separate in the house infected me.
