land is scarce in toronto and even the gta as a whole and all immigrants seem to come here.

have you seen vancouver? cant even buy a house for less than a million.

8 years ago when i was engaged I bought it for 150k, quick search on mls condos in that building are now 400k

if I wasnt so close to my friends and family leaving the bay area would be an easy choice for me honestly..

What I do, id make so much money in Vegas(promoter) and the cost of living there is so cheap compared to bay area

but id miss my family too much



im thinking of just saying fukk it and do it for 3-4 years and just stack cash and maybe by then ill have enough to open my own bar/hookah lounge in north or east bay

my parents being on the older side make it a very hard decision
