What kinda class do you gotta take? An OSHA class or something?

I think it depends if its property and personnel or just one or the other.

If it's personnel then he would need a health and safety certificate by the approved bodies which should also include food storage and CPR.

Property is mostly in-house then you get a governing body to do the annuals. I think he might be with the governing bodies because that's a bit of change for 30-45 minutes per location. I am not a 100% sure though but Lil Troy would have all the top level legislation to make that type of change.

Companies will pay a lot for anything safety related for the simple fact that if a worker got hurt, the company can be like "we took these measures, we paid for specialized safety training, etc". Just to pay as little as possible in lawsuits.

Hell, out my job, we have a safety meeting every night after lunch. People get hurt all the time where I work
