If it has an Xbox play anywhere tag yes, if not no. So many third party titles and some older first party titles will not be playable. You're better off seeing this as a windows handheld PC and NOT an "Xbox" handheld.

this makes no gawddamn sense... why didnt the techs over at xbox create a portal / like app specifically designed for the mobile handheld to access the xbox game library & gamepass?!!? Wouldnt that have made more sense for a device YOU touted as an Xbox handheld???

They were supposed to be making an ACTUAL Xbox handheld but rumors are they cancelled it. Idk, but THAT would be an actual "portable" Xbox that would supposedly play anything you own on Xbox. It's quite stupid imo. When I saw it was revealed, I was confused as to why it exists when it's barely any different than the one that's already out. It would be like Nintendo releasing a "Switch 2 Pro" that only thing it does is have a screen protector built in or something.
