Dude has experienced a lot of pain and like @EA said, he doesn’t seem there anymore. The fame he had just fukked up his life and lead to no solutions. His biggest mistake imo was being so invested in people he didn’t know. Especially a “fan” who wound up calling him a “n1gger”. Smh
Dude needs to find himself. He clearly needs more than an iTunes subscription, food and weed. Needs some serious help and a chance at emotional cleanse and rebirth. Hope he’s okay

It's easy to slip into the mindset that he's gone crazy but Idk 
nothing was exactly "crazy" in what he said, it's more the voice and what seemed like OCD... I pulled up the video on youtube to look at the comments and I saw this video. I think it explains A LOT.
Cliffs: Breh had shyt happened that left him enlightened on who he is and how he wants to be remembered and he's ending the "HotDamniRock" era of his life with this memorabilia. He's put his soul into individualizing them and shipping them and some of the people ordering didn't understand or appreciate what it means-- it's not just t-shirts. From the look of it he's spent all of this year working on it and all they had to do was wait.
There's room to argue about an inflated sense of purpose, but ultimately... Breh is being a bit weird, not crazy. Interested to see the next video tho
