Net worth is a theoretical measure of how much cash you could get by selling everything you own, if you underestimate it and move it cheaply

Dame is correct. Totally. Jay & 50 use the boss/entrepreneur angle as marketing. A cost that directly helps turn revenue.
All rappers are marketers. Whether it's the artsy Kanye lane or everyday J Cole lane. It's marketing to sell us stuff. Rap CD's, tours, sneakers etc.
