Anyone else following this fukkery of this dude that ran over and kill 6 people during a parade? The man decided to defend himself in court. I never seen a guy so disrespectful for the entire trial. Guy got kicked out of court probably 5 times or more because of how he's moving. Some videos below. Right now they are doing closing arguments and no lie I'm waiting to see him do it live.

Sidenote, how fukking low is the bar for "competency" that someone like him is allowed to represent himself? Given the actions proceeding the trial and the antics in trial, you would think one would conclude that while this guy is aware he is in trouble and is aware he is going to trial, he is still clearly in need of mental help.

I would be fine with all of this if the conclusion was him going to a mental hospital dedicated to addressing the mental health concerns and lowering recidivism, but this guy is going to be shipped to a place that will turn him into more of a monster than he is already perceived to be.

Also, I was following the trial for a bit, reading the comments and live chats, it seems like I'm in the anomaly zone regarding being okay with this going on in the manner that is has. It's mind blowing that anyone can watch that and think we should carry on with business as usual with our legal proceedings.

Now I'm not saying he should be treated with a slap on the wrist but think of how long these kind of situations have been going on and how long they will continue to go on, I think this approach harms both criminal and innocent lives. Imagine the guy with clear mental issues, discounting the guy in the OP, getting out a better built "monster" and just harming another person because we didn't address what obviously needed to be addressed.



Maybe some legal breh can clear things up, but this is just pure absurdity, imo.

Man is trying to buy as much time as possible with his antics but either way they gona throw the key away. The man is looking for some type of mistrial or some of kind of insanity claim down the road. Problem is his going wild on this judge who happens to be the person that will sentence him. I've watched hours of this stuff already and she knows he's trying to pull a fast one so she's letting him talk his shyt because he's trying to claim that it's not a fair trail. She gave him wayyy more chances then he deserves. She doesn't want to spot light on her so she's being super easy on him. shyt the man is denying it was him and that his name isn't Darrel Brooks even though he had his ID on him , DNA matches and he's on video in every angle possible including a video of his face clearly being the driver. The license plate matches, the same car that was used was on his own fukking Music Video with the plates. Brah thought all he had to do was shave his head and claim it wasn't him.

He is an idiot. Word is that he beat his girl and then when the cops were called he fled....then he came upon the parade and in a frenzy just mowed down like 70 people and killed 6.....all because he didn't want to be charged with domestic violence he now charged with 76 charges with multiple murder charges.

They gonna throw the book at him, but i think dude is actually insane.

ehh.... well it's a right to represent yourself so it's my understanding that you won't be punished for doing so and they should give you some leeway for mistakes when you do. but no worries, i'm sure he'll get the max just based on the merit of the crime lol
