I'm Brownskinned, I'm the same exact skin tone as Damien Lillard. I've been called Lightskinned all my life though. But I'm not really lightskinned as my mom and grandma are a few shades lighter than me.

Black people, at least in the USA and Canada, are coal to cream. Period. No "but, but but" arguments.The posters that question people's Blackness in any way based on complexion should get negged to zero. I am seriously tired of this shyt. If you have a problem claiming people with the complexions of Vanessa Williams, Nia Long, and Lupita Nyong'o in the same community move the Latin America or SA where you can immerse yourself in that divisive crap. And then ask yourself why they haven't been able to organize as a community for their rights and future.

In the case someone is biracial, they can decide for themselves. If they don't want to be Black that's their choice, I don't need to put a gun to anyone's head to like us. But if they want to call themselves Black embrace them--and their families. Blacks are the last people who need to tear themselves up over that racial purity nonsense.
