Yale tuition cost is $33800/year at the Yale school of Drama. This is $135200 for a 4 year degree. If he is donating $150M that only take care around 1109 students who is pursuing a 4 year degree.

I guess a large majority is going to be invested in the market. Since the article say 200 students are currently enrolled in the school of drama the school yearly tuition cost would be around $7M/year (200 students x $33800/year). If they invest $150M they would only have to make 5% a year profit ($7.5m) to cover the tuition cost w/o ever having to dip into the principal.
