I ain’t watching shyt from someone that undoubtedly was fukking on children with his brother. I grew up a huge Red Sox fan, like, was at opening day every year since I was like 8 yo, been went to Fenway well over 100 times. I have talked about it on here and the hamster over the years, next to my father, my heroes growing up were Marvin Hagler, and Mo Vaughn. Pedro Martinez is easily the most skilled baseball player I have ever seen in person, but Manny made hitting a baseball look so fukking easy. Effortless, while having skills that couldn’t be taught. Once the Red Sox made the decision, which in hindsight was what that racist ass organization was always gonna do, once they chose Curt over Pedro, I literally said “fukk this”, and ever since I have hated this org, and baseball, just like that. I can’t even watch 2 minutes of baseball anymore.

Agreed, I was admittedly ignorant to the whole situation, a lot of times, when you are a kid, you don't understand, or are willfully ignorant because you are a fan. Once I saw what they did to Pedro, that was it for me, but I will admit that some folks on SOHH, especially @NYC Rebel opened my eyes to my ignorance when I used to defend the city. I opened my eyes to the shyt, and things, and things I was obviously ignoring started to fall into place. It is also possible to be a fan of an organization, and not agree with the fans/the city the org is in. I am, and will always be a fan of the Celtics organization, but I hate the city of Boston, and any fan that defends the city, or the fans. When I would go to Celtic games, and the fans would go so hard for garbage players like Scalabrine, and for the short time Wally Szerbiak (sp?) was there, I was disgusted, to the point now, I wont even go to the games.
