this Breh must have love for the team why in the hell would a dude in the last few years of his career turn down 12.6 mill.....I predict this Breh has a front office job awaiting him once he retires in Indiana...

To the Pacers fans go ahead and Welcome Monta Ellis to town?

Damn that's true...I don't see how he doesn't opt in...I would of opted in and maybe we could of did a buyout.

what happened :whoo:

I have no clue, but if he actually opts out, that's big. I dont forsee him getting that kind of money anywhere else. Maybe he's gonna jump to a team that's a sure-shot to win it or at least make the finals, like Cleveland :snoop:
I hope not, but stranger things have happened. He could be sick of the FO or coach, and he's sort of a reserved dude, so Im sure he would have kept it private. Giving up those greenbacks is kind of a big deal.

I also don't see him being loyal to the point he's willing to restructure his deal. He hasn't been here that long.

Pacers did say they wanted to play faster. I don't think he fits in their new offensive philosophy so rather than be unhappy, he opted out.
