Because it's not just him being low key and mysterious, he's a literal hermit, something that limits what you pull from to put into your art.

I don't think it's a big deal at this point. The guy is almost 50 years old, past his prime and has already made the best art he'll ever make. What's he really going to get out of going outside? Will his flow magically come back?
It's just weird seeing people say that he's autistic and he's way too focused on writing rhymes and needs to live his life. I mean, he tried doing the party shyt already and he ended up in the hospital two hours away from death. I'm pretty sure he's content with his life right now.
Poetry is about translating experiences.
If you listen to Fine Line, he understands how isolated he is and how it isn't really a good thing for his career. Getting 'outside' doesn't mean he has to go cavort with scumbags. Just means new experiences can yield new feelings and ideas.
