There was really nothing courageous about Gohan fighting Cell. He pretty much was forced to turn up after the Cell Jr's were birthed and start handing out work to the whole DBZ team. Not to mention him witnessing Cell curb stomp Android 16.

The clear answer here is Vegeta. He literally did what he did, so his son wouldn't have to go through that. He didn't GAF about going to Hell after the thug life that he lived up until that point......

I really need to cop me some white timbs so I can low key pay homage to the Don .
