What would NYPD do differently? That's a stretch of 14th NW where there's bars and restaurants all over. Too dangerous to do anything else but move them along. Plus DC has a no-chase policy anyway. They aren't going to chase you unless you're a danger like a murder suspect.

nikkas wouldnt have let that happen in midtown they woulda applied pressure especially after that cop busted his ass.
