I remember watching a documentary about Dirk when he first came to the NBA/America and how he was struggling to fit in and Steve Nash was literally his only friend..... he'd go out of his way to make sure Dirk was comfortable, had fun and wasn't the odd one out/left alone in his hotel all the time.
