I think the whole point of a "deadbeat dad" is probably not being known

I blame all the drugs they pumped into our communities first and foremost and then I blame black men for allowing themselves to succumb to their addiction. Black family dynamics were trending upwards thru the roof during the 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s. Then the Regans absolutely killed off the black family in the 80’s
