and Compton had more murders per capita than even east Oakland so
And Compton had less than 26 homicides a couple years ago. Its not that bad anymore
And the 90s? East Palo Altos murder rate per capita was like 160 perk 100k, the highest in the nation.
Bay Area is worst.
