Swap out the hard drive. It isn't supported but it aint impossible. There's walkthroughs on youtube.

175 for a ps4 not bad. you might get a lil more on Craigslist but...then you have to deal with Craigslist.

Getting $175+ for a PS4 is a bit too much work. Only do it if you need the cash right away.
