First heartbreak isn't a bytch, the first REAL one will be a bytch. I broken up with ex's I thought I loved til no end and got over it quickly, but 1 girl (wasn't my first) it didn't like ruin me, but I didn't stop thinking about it for a long time, even after I was in another relationship.

that's basically what i meant bruh .. the one you loved with all your heart and would even take a bullet for her.. that heartbreak does a lotta damage to your psyche but all men NEED to go through it .. the sooner the better cause you learn to become a man after you deal with that bullshyt.

A lot of heartbreak is due to failed expectations.

I don't expect a woman to be there, I don't expect her to honor her word, I don't expect her to love me or care about me, I don't expect her to stay around, if she does cool if she doesn't shrugs.

what kind of advice is this man? heartbreak and failed expectations?? i know you are #hoh but heartbreak is nothing to do with failed expectations and also there is a BIG difference between an employee leaving your company and a woman you love leaving you. You are comparing apples to oranges.

I agree that if the girl leaves you, don't be a simp and try to get her back. But you can't hide or run from your emotions. Be sad about it, cry if you have to, yell it, consult with a friend etc etc but the worst thing you can do is pretend that you are not hurt. It's ok to be vulnerable.

Heartbreak is hard but as @Emperor_ReinScarf says all the time, the key is moving on with your life and not being afraid to learn from your negative experiences.

A lot of guys refuse to learn from past relationships and continually get taken advantage of becuase they're hopeless romantics (simps). Don't worry bruh, we've all been there but things get better if you let it
