DEATH STRANDING ISOLATIONS (Working Title) will tell a completely new story, separate from that of the video games. The upcoming series will follow a young man and woman as they set out on an adventure. Told through a traditional, hand-drawn 2D animation style, some of Japan's top animation talent at E&H production are currently working to bring the series to life.

Wasn't the original considered a boring walking simulator to a bunch of people?

Nobody really cares about kojima stories because you have to be a lunatic to even want to follow. I once used to follow his stories until he had me doing butt naked cartwheels. Nah kojima, we don't get down like that on the Greener side
