Some of this sh*t is hard to watch sometimes. This is how communities explode and riots start. The only reason they need to do this is to maintain a standard of living that CACs can't afford because there is not enough real income generated from their labor. They're grasping for straws soon all the poor people will be in jail and they will have to start fining their own.

Sad shyt...Alot of those small rural towns are De facto feudal fiefdoms...the ruling class are all interrelated and deeply entrenched...its a great place to live if youre on the right side of power..you will never get pulled over and never get into trouble for petty shyt .....but if you poor and on the wrong side you better move away.

Federal prisons, yes it is outlawed. Certain state prisons they can still do it.

I hope you watched part 1 and seen 4 of the 9 states that practice 'debtors jail' this were northern states...

All these S.C.A.M's (states counties and municipalities) can go to hell.

yeah man i work in a deep part of cheektowaga ny, and black ppl there live like 1963 Alabama, totally disenfranchised ....no jobs, no buslines, no opportunities...theyre trapped out there ....and cops be on the strip riding around allday like vultures
