Storealbum is widely considered as the best album of the 2010s after mbdtf.
to this day, not a single new album has received the mbdtf/gkmc/channel orange reaction... not a single one.
dawg pay attention... all those responses are the same paid Interscope/Koondrick stan under different aliasesTo the folks who said, delete Future and Drake off the list, you can't be serious.... Everything on the radio damn near sounds like a Drake or Future song... Half of the new acts out are offsprings of these guys...
Again, this list isn't based on what your a fan of...

I don't like some of them but tbh all of them (minus yeezus) are quality albums, you can have an argument that LIG belongs to that list but thats it, there isn't another album that could be on it

Rocky's mixtape was straight, piff start to finish. I feel like it's one of the greatest mixtapes ever, and it really pumped some life back to the NYC rap scene despite it sounding nothing like classic NYC rap. Before Rocky which NYC rappers were being talked about only vets like Nas, Jay, Fab, Dipset and Nicki and French that's about it. Then after LLA, you hear shyt like Peso and Purple Swag on radio a young NY nikka being played on radio feel meI wanted to include Rocky because I see the influence he's had and his sound is being mocked a little.. Just didn't think people on here would see that... I tried to keep everything as non subjective as possible...
J Cole is dope... But for having a solid project that can be defined as a classic, I was on the fence about.. I can respect that though

Cole's mixtapes are much better than his last two albums, it's really how he built his buzz back then that's when Twitter started popping and that #ColeWorld shyt was being talked about. Both great mixtapes, better beats, better storytelling and more flow, lyricism and personality from Cole than he's had on his first two albums. FNL and Warm Up are two of the most critically acclaimed mixtapes I've seen.
I'd also say Kush & OK by Wiz Khalifa dude had a legit wave in 09-10 and he brought in that stoner rap, French although a terrible rapper has to have a classic mixtape he had NY on fire with that "wavy" movement with Max B around 09-10 as well. You got KRIT's 4eva N a Day just so different from everything coming from the south at the time. I forgot Waka's shyt definitely especially in the trap sub genre.
