Why is chicago the first police department to be defunded? Chicago is the most violent in the country at the moment and it's a lot of black on black crime. The crime rate will skyrocket and make protest to defunded the police irrelevant. They want to show why they're needed. Probably come back and want to get paid more.

So not only will they make the protest appear unnecessary but they'll make their worth increase and make black people look like violent animals. Pay attention
