The NFL shouldn’t have a hard salary cap either. There should just be financial fair play rules like in soccer. If a team wants to pay Mahomes 187 million and surround him with scrubs so be it.

Coaches should have a salary cap. All you gotta do is look at the college football playoffs/ top teams and look at what they pay their coaches.
