Out of the current list I like thecoli2 the most it runs on the same software. I want the name to be different, rep system in place, feature page back, and more layout skins.

I agree. this next site the owner has to be active and the site be user driven meaning our input is valued more than it was on here. I like the idea of being able to vote for mods yearly. Also like the idea of continuing poster of the year and hall of shame.
