I been on social media since 98. Deleting almost everything the past year didn't feel good per se but it did help with perspective.

I'm in my early 30s but to hear kids call me grandpa or unc on the street is wild af to me.

Only reason for Instagram is if you have a business. I can't imagine any other reason I'd have one, unless I sought attention and needed clicks to feel good about myself. Sometimes, I just browse the Instagram accounts of regular brehs I know, always ending up like at the corny ass shyt they post for 50 likes.
