He throws out those statistics, but doesnt speak to how certain drug law specifically target Black people, how the bail system penalizes poor people that are typically Black, how many Black people rely on public defenders and are forced to take plea deals, how the educational system fails Black students, and I could name dozens of other reasons, but I'll stop here.
These White and misguided Black men like this one love to cherry pick their facts.
