30mins cook time at 420 though:dahell:

*400 degrees
It comes out perfect every time :ahh:

It also depends on the thickness of the salmon. For a salmon this sizez its perfect..if thinner then maybe 385 for 20 minutes would saffice

This statement is so true. I've made jerk chicken tamales, jerk smoked meatloaf, jerk smoked oxtails, even a jerk turkey. I put that shyt on everything if I'm needing that jerk fix.
