That's alot of heavy items and 400 bucks worth and no tip whatsoever i agree with the delivery driver
Tipping is not a natural process of paying for goods. It is a weird cultural thing most people don't understand the origins of or actual real purpose.
It is a contentious issue, one that American tourists have spread across the whole world creating problems there too.
The customer is not responsible for giving you the driver or server handouts on top of the quoted bill.
Your welfare is your employers responsibility, not that of a random stranger.
We were always told you only tip if the service was super great..now severs aggressively demand you give them money for getting you a glass a water

She wrong AF, but if you gone order that much shyt I don't understand the point of not tipping even 5%. Keep in mind these types of luxuries weren't as available or as inclusive before the pandemic.
For that amount of product you might've had the driver spend 1-2 hours out of their day and the app company prolly only offering them 10 dollars for the trip which includes the drive there, potential waiting on items not readily available, and the drive to the drop off.
You deserve nothing but problems if you put someone through that and don't offer anything in return. And I'll take it a step further and say cacette prolly didn't give a tip because the driver was black.
Sure ol girl could've cut her losses and canceled the order before she knew it would be that much of a hassle, but ~95% of the time you won't know how its gone play out until you already wasted your time.
I shop at Sam's. To collect 400 dollars worth of merch in person typically means you gone spend some time waiting for something to get brought out. nikkas might tell you give em 5-15 min, or they might tell you come back tomorrow or in a couple days. I'd be pissed off too after grabbing all that shyt and getting no tip.
