That’s literally part of their job.

Tips (which are discretionary) are never “deserved“. It’s an optional thing. American culture has brainwashed people to subsidizing pay for restaurants for some reason.

Its hilarious how people will complain about rich people and pay discrepancies in the workplace but still encourage this type of behavior.

Either get enough followers to get a sponsors attention and get paid for advertising, or get enough followers to sell the account(s). One or two viral videos can set you up nice. Crazy part is you could literally do anything most people aren't used to seeing or experiencing and become famous overnight, if you do it right
