SMF and LAX to VA and NC
I've flown American and United before too but it's been awhile so I can't recall those trips in detail, but my recent flights have all been Delta or Southwest and I can tell you unequivocally Delta shyts all over Southwest. Comfort, customer service, in flight amenities, everything...

fukk Southwest, I'm never taking them unless I absolutely have to (cheapest flight available or company paid trip)...

That's it, that's the thread...

When flying domestically, Delta is probably better than any airline when factoring in the overall experience. People fly other airlines because they are cheaper, but once you factor in all the add on fees other airlines charge (United charges a fee to change your seat in the same class of ticket you bought :mjlol:), they all end up being similar prices more or less.

Delta is nice and all but sometimes 2 free bags >>>

For a 2-3 hr flight that I'll be sleep for 80% of I have no problem with SW. Heard they're finally retrofitting their planes with usb ports in the seats next year so that's also a plus for a budget airline
