That’s the problem this country faces, this logic is sound but it doesn’t resonate with the median male voter

Two things can be true

1. Republicans don't give a fukk about women (see the abortion issue). This is just a convenient stick for them to beat the other side over the head with. If the Democrats adopted the policy of shooting all transgender person's on sight they would not get any credit. The Republicans would just pivot to the next red herring. So there is no need to engage with those retards in a bad faith debate.

2. I don't understand the utility of having transgender athletes play in women sports. I don't think it's unreasonable to say that transgender women (who may have superior strength) should not play in women sports where that strength may give them some sort of advantage. This is just common sense to me and shutting this door doesn't win any Republicans over but it does kill any concerns that the Dems are becoming too weird.*

Overall I'm mad that this miniscule issue gets so much press time. The Democrats should issue a press release stating the party's official position on this matter, and point all subsequent queries to the release, and pivot back to the economy and other substantial matters. I refuse to believe that this issue occupies most people's heads majority of the time.

*I am acknowledging that maybe there some aspects of the debate I don't know. If there is any valid reason why transgender athletes should be allowed to participate in women sports I'm all ears. Can they participate in men sports, or have a separate league?

I love talking politics so in real life I speak with non democrat voters, they say when they think of the party they think that democrats care more about sexual shyt(trans-rights) more than anything else, they’re also disturbed by gender affirming care for minor.

You have to keep in mind, if people were as rational as we are, Trump wouldn’t be president. So yes they do care about transgenders more than a rational person would.

She's one of those type of people who think transgender people are destroying the world and acknowledging they exist in schools is pedophilia.
