What @The axe murderer said is spot on. You can have criticize law enforcement while still having respect. These aren't mutually exclusive ideas. Appreciating good cops while pushing for reform and holding bad cops accountable are not 2 mutually exclusive ideas. I wish Denzel understood that. It was the same thing with Colin Kaepernick. His kneeling had nothing to do with not respecting the military, law enforcement, and first responders.

I don't mean to derail the thread, but I just hate how the goal posts get moved in these situations.
