But funny enough an IT black guy came one day to fix the computers and said "Thanks man you're an inspiration to all of us, and make us all look good "


Then a black women came in the office next week, she was a secretary, and basically said the same thing

Deon was like and said that inspired him more than what his family told him, and he worked harder than ever and eventually won an emmy
