Are you honestly suggesting that this murderers row of the heavyweight division is something he should be called elite for? He is the best of a trash ass division. He crosses his feet, throws looping punches and is awkward as fukk keeping his hands down.
Does he have talent? Yes. Is he elite? Hell no. The 2nd tier HW's of the late 90's early 2000's (Tua, Briggs, Ike Ibeabuchi, Sanders) are better than him. I ain't hating but it's the truth. Can he beat Joshua? Yes.
FOH that man is average.

Those were good shots and all but not from a GOOD heavyweight. If that's prime David Tua dudes counting sheep.
Good enough to place in the olympics off power alone.

Wbc is a respected belt. Its an international title. More title defenses of this belt then alot of legends. Just because he makes title contenders look like clowns doesnt mean hes trash.

Absolute bullshyt. Dude is damn near on some Lebron level athlete status as well. he's a power puncher but he's a power puncher that happens to be a freak of nature as well. Especially with his height added in.

He is good for the division. He has talent. He is doing what he is supposed to do.
Funny how he is elite but GGG had the EXACT SAME RECORD, OLYMPIC PEDIGREE AND OPPONENT LEVEL BUT HE WAS CALLED A BUM ON THIS BOARD.
And GGG and Wilder talent level ain't even close. GGG has excellent footwork, great ring cutting off skills and a phenomenal jab. What he lacks in natural athleticism he makes up in technique.
Wilder is a 6'7 freak of nature with 1 shot changing power, huge size advantage, heart and a great work ethic. He is not elite.
