    I have a nutribullet and I used to do this ever morning until I started working overnight. it through me off my diet heavy.

    Many of us millennials have this and I don't care what anyone says it's worst than what the last generation dealt with. They only had to deal with 1 issue, while we have to deal with 10 since our jobs rather have 1 person do it all than hired 10 people. Which is why I had when I hear the older generation pop shyt about our work ethic.

    At my current job the older guys run the show and just talk about the glory days while we do all of the work and get criticize for it somehow or someway. I just tell myself that nothing is perfect so don't try to be.

    I'm currently reading this book

    I'm trying breh, actually had a good day at work talking to my partner on the job about life and this shyt. But I'm fighting the temptation to text her, I love her so much. She's all I ever wanted and she knows that so she holds the advantage. I don't really not want to speak to her again I just want to get away enough to not hold her in such high regard. I don't ever even go on facebook but I've been checking her status lately to see what she up to and it hurts, everyone tells me to cut ties completely but I feel or felt like she the one and itll all work out in the end but the other side says it ran its course and this is more harm than good. Dunno what to do breh :mjcry:

    Sidenote: I did 50 pullups today but didn't change my mindset, just gonna take this 1 day at a time

    regressing back to childhood is actually progress these days....back then we played ball for hours, didnt watch porn, didnt beat our dikks, didnt spend endless hours on a computer, didnt smoke sticks or weed or drink, certainly didnt take drugs.....find a way to revert back to that state of mind, and youl be ok

    PS: if we had sexual thoughts as a child...it certainly didnt involve filth like eating ass, anal sex, faq shyt, trannys...etc. Sexual perversion is not a symptom of depression, its more like a cause...and we cant criticize that type of shyt these days because of so called "tolerance". Keep a healthy sex drive that doesnt involve filth.

    Listen to audiobooks or something that keeps you engaged while you work out, the gym is a sanctuary for me.. I don't work out I go to war. Once you see results, you're gonna be like :ehh:

    Un-follow her on facebook, block her on your phone if need be... STAY STRONG BREH!!

    Them VHS porn tapes we had access to as kids rarely had anything bizarre on them... Football games/movies on friday, nights, skate rink on saturdays... We stayed busy and our parents knew where we were...

    I try to limit my time online, I like to learn new things while on here... I limit myself on the phone and don't check instagram as much.. I tell everyone to call me, which talking on the phone is a rarity these days.

    I'm currently on the mend on bettering myself without any meds just hitting the gym and eating clean, addiction is a muthafukka!

    If you're affected by seasonal depression, you should look into an SAD light or similar alternative. One purpose of morning light (UVA-Blue spectrum) is to suppress melatonin and promote wakefulness. Winter shortens daylight exposure, and general indoor lighting isn't bright enough to mimic sunlight. Supplementing light can be helpful.

    In addition, up your Vitamin D through oral supps or UVB light exposure.

    It's kind of therapeutic to know that you're not the only one out here who's struggling. The winter season is approaching and this is the time where the depression is the strongest. I'm trying to hang in there though :mjcry:

    So this is the realest post ever....

    I explained things were going pretty well with my ex, I know all her red flags and that shyt wouldn't last two weeks.. Long story short, we went to the mall tonight and lil suge was watching videos on her phone. And all these dikk pics kept coming up as I was trying to fix the phone, cause he always crashes the phone... I just remained calm and walked away...

    She's still seeing this married man she's been fukking, ain't tripping on it.. Just my seed is around that bs...

    I almost had a panic attack and passed out... But charging it to the game, gotta take some money out and fight her in court.
