As someone that has dealt with depression for multiple years I’d advise all my coli brehs to reach out to someone and just talk to them…no man is an island u might think ppl don’t care about u but I’m sure u have one person in your family or a friend u can chat with…u don’t even have to talk about what you are going through just talk about positive and relatable things…build bonds with ppl, go outside for some fresh air or go out on the town, just don’t stay in that same place building up those negative thoughts about yourself. It isn’t healthy and the devil will manifest your negativity into something much worse…take care of yourselves fam.

Not everyone has someone to talk to or even trust to open themselves up like that to

That’s y I say just talk about positive things to someone or go out on the town…just don’t stay in your room worrying and stressing…I kno this because that’s what I use to do and it never helped the situation..

This is especially important for men, since men are often belittled or carry some kind of negative stigma...often being labeled soft of weak for admitting mental stress.

Most suffer in silence.
