I found this entertaining and interesting. Not even big budget or big action sequences but i watched 6 episodes back to back

good pace, and I liked almost every main character

I'm up to ep 8. I find it a decent thriller so far. My list almost the same as yours except I swap Morck and the therapist and swap out the weird roommate for Merritt.

Yeah, only 9 eps but they're beefy almost 50m-1hr+ for each ep. I also appreciate that it's a contained season, main storyline is wrapped up but open for continuation (always thought netflix should style all their OG joints this way since they can be cancel happy).

Strongest point to me is that they have cool characters, but the detective work was also nice - though I was more interested in the storyline with the dude that popped the cops rather than Merritt’s

I can see them coming back to that (if they get another season) since Morck deduced that it may have been organized crime related

Akram was a beast. The son was the least likable character but I didn’t hate him.

I hope they focus on that if they get a 2nd season. I couldn’t get a good read on Moira when she was chewing out the cop she put on that case. Was she telling him to cover the fact that the rookie cop was probably involved and pin it on someone else? That‘s the way I took it.
