This the whole reason i coveted the challanger for a long time. People just don't care about making a car look cool anymore.

A lot of this is due to legal regs that say the bumper must be this high and the door this wide etc... the rest is due to shared engineering due to cheaper R&D via using parts from a bank instead of having to get it quality tested dolo and there is more than a sprinkle of laziness involved.
