Before joining Good Music, Desiigner was apart of the crew "High Life". A group out of Brooklyn NY, lead by Saad God. After Desiigner's quick success, there were internally issues amongst Desiigner and group leader Saad. Ultimately sides were chosen, and most of the crew (and neighborhood), sided with Desiigner. Blinded by his success, and their belief that he'll come back for them once his career was stable. However, 10 million sold singles later. Those guys are still in the hood, and Desiigner never mentions the crew he was once apart of. This is Saad's response after his Hot 97 interview.
