Yep, he's a point guard prototype and being at Providence for 4 years is definitely gonna set him apart from all the other draft picks. 6'5, quick, athletic, shifty, long, etc. The Timberwolves are gonna be a force to reckon with in a few years. I also like how he plays with a chip on his shoulder, probably due to his upbringing. That sheltered, spoiled lifestyle.. that shyt is new to him. You can see the difference between him and other players who were "spoiled" their entire lives due to their talents.. even though Dunn was the number point guard coming out of high school.

White gentrifiers are moving to all large urban cities. DC, NYC, SF, LA, ATL, Philly, Baltimore (you'd be surprised), etc. It's a country wide trend. The reversal of white flight. It's not confined to New York.

This, same thing is happening in Newark, whites are buying up condos downtown, and near 280, they're starting development of high rise condos where all the projects used to be and the old soul food joints are being replaced with trendy haute cuisine/fusion places.

You guys are forgetting why Detroit is a dead city, all the jobs disappeared decades ago. No reason for that city to exist anymore, it's never being regentrified. Crime became an issue after the jobs left.

All the places cacs moved back into we're bad neighborhoods in big cities with jobs. Detroit has no jobs at all

It will keep fading till it disappears.

Sounds like a perfect place for businesses to set up shop. A large urban city with super cheap rents that's primed for a great future. I haven't even researched it but, I"m almost positive there are alot of small businesses and startups there.

Its happening everywhere. I guess that nikka thinks hipsters are just moving to New York. White flight happened from the 50s to the 80s, their kids stayed in the suburbs but, their grandkids (young adult whites now) don't want to live there anymore, thus it's a country wide trend of whites returning to the cities.

Detroit needs a major industry in can be known for. It used to be the auto and manufacturing industry, but those industries were destroyed and outsourced. Until that happens, Detroit will continue to be a third world city.
