As it is, 40 per cent of the 88,000 street lights are broken and the city, whose finances are to be overseen by an appointed board, can’t afford to fix them.

:laugh: so almost half there lights already dont work?

smh aint the crime rate crazy already?

they building up midtown and downtown, the parts that really need focus is residential detroit. and its gonna take a while to fix all that

yea, start with the eastside

then prolly linwood/dexter

and show brightmoor some love

yea thats true midtown and downtown are booming while the residential is messed up

i think that its gonna take more of an influx of homeowners to really make a differece in the residentials
