My friends look at me crazy when I say I rather stay at a hotel. I did Air bnb twice and there won't be a third

I did air bnb once and never again. The pictures made it seem like I had the house by myself. Get there and the house is split and his family lives on the other side
. And now I got his family hovering over me. “Checking in and making sure I’m comfortable” but was really watching me the whole time. I was going to complain to Airbnb but I just took the L. That price was too good to be true I should have known it was some bullshyt

Yep. I airbnbed once in LA. Got to LA in the afternoon, had a flight the next morning, not even 24 hours.
Strike one they used a female picture as the host, when I got there it was 3 men who openly admitted they used the girl face to get more bookings, thankfully I was also with other people upon arrival cause who knows how left that could of went.
strike two I wasnt even there 24 hours, knowing that these cats already on some swindle time, so my peace of mind leaving my shyt in the place was already gone compared to staying in a hotel
strike three, I literally only used the bedroom/restroom, since I went out to eat then club after came back there to sleep before the flight in the morning. Woke up to AIRBNB talking about the host said I broke tables and shyt inside
one and done with that shyt

thats easily manipulated im sure. Friends leaving reviews, etc.
