It was actually designed that all other nations would be against the nation of Israel even if Israel was minding their own business. The thing is the Most High is actually fine with other nations worshiping their idols. In fact, there are many scriptures in which said he gave the other nations hearts over to idolatry because he only wants his chosen nation to worship him. He only gave his laws to the nation of Israel...it is clear throughout the scriptures. That is why the other nations do not get punished for idolatry or not keeping the laws of the Most High...they only get punished for mistreating Israelites.

When you go to war against your enemies (disregard the whole Thou Shalt Not Kill thing, breh) , you can take a woman if you think she's hot....basically making her your slave.
But if you don't want her, you can't make her your slave (uh, you already did that), and you gotta dump her in a responsible way, since...you know...she's already humiliated from you making her your slave.
