Loved the books. Loved the film. The only thing I didn’t like was how Mouse was casted. In the books, he’s meant to look like a short Smokey Robinson. It just felt like lazy casting not staying true to the description..

Outside of that, I’d love there to be more Easy Rawlins and a potentially Fearless Jones adaptation. Walter Mosley is a legend.
