Devil’s Third Japanese release date announced

Itagaki shows off new footage in 10-minute video.

Devil’s Third will launch for Wii U in Japan on August 4 for 6,700 yen, Nintendo and Valhalla Game Studios announced.

In a new 10-minute video published by Nintendo Japan, game creator Tomonobu Itagaki shows off new footage from the game’s single and multiplayer modes.

Tomonobu Itagaki’s Wii U Exclusive Devil’s Third Gets New Screenshots, Trailer and Box Art
Today Nintendo released a batch of screenshots and a trailer of the upcoming Wii U exclusive by Tomonobu Itagaki’s Valhalla Games Devil’s Third.

We get to catch a glimpse on quite a bit of gameplay, alongside Itagaki-san’s own introduction, and the screenshots look quite good. We also get a brand new official box art.

The game will be released in Japan on August 4th, and we still have no word about a western release date.
