Damn I feel bad for that guy.

I tore my left Achilles back in May from kick boxing.
It wasn't until last month I was comfortable with attempting to jog. I still have some soreness & tightness when I'm too stationary and not moving around. And when I wear my work boots that have ankle support it's uncomfOrtable to walk because they hug the back of my Achilles
