That's what I've been saying. Pop squandered that chip by going with Splitter instead of Diaw so much. The Heat have no answer for the Duncan/Diaw/Leonard/Parker/Green or Ginobili lineup.

This is pretty much the series...people consider Diaw as a "big man" when dude is just a giant point guard who can finish at the rim and shoot from 3...
Dude put up that 9 9 9 almost effortlessly...
People be on Kawhi case for not talking but lowkey outside of press conferences where he has to speak you probably can't fine 50 words from Diaw this season...

Yeah, when the Hawks drafted him he was a PG, he changed the entire complexion of the series, game 2 the Heat figured them out and Pop was like

The X-factor. The thing about Diaw is you look at him.... And really wanna underestimate that goofy looking Euro. That plays right into how he can kill you. You guard him or he guards you, your team and fans are like how you gonna get stopped/lit up by Boris fukking Diaw!? There's kind of a deeper shame in it because he's just a fat "role-player".
I used to hate when Diaw and/or Dejuan Blair were on the floor. They were gonna make big rebounds and make unlikely baskets. Diaw more talented though.
