Both should have been paid. Afeni sued DR back in the day but even after that some of the material of Pac's that came out was still under DR. Fact of the matter is that he was under contract to them and they funded all of the music being made and owned the rights to it. She may have got certain monies owed to him but that didn't cause everything to be handed to her away from DR. She should have sued Interscope anyway imo.

I don't think so now which is a shame. Lydia won a judgment against Suge/DR and then they company was eventually sold after the bankruptcy thing. I'm glad that nothing ever came of the new DR's after they stole the label from Suge. People love to talk bad about Suge but no one wants to talk about Wide Awake's and Amaru's poor business practices. How could Afeni sue DR then have multiple artist come out and make the exact same accusations about her that she made against DR? Daz had to put Wide Awake on blast and so did others and Dre sued them. I think that company folded.
